Socialtel Santa Teresa

Socialtel Santa Teresa (formerly Selina Santa Teresa South) is a boutique hotel located just one minute’s walk from Cocal Beach in Santa Teresa, one of Costa Rica’s most popular surf and digital nomad destinations. After Selina’s insolvency in 2024, the property was acquired by Collective Hospitality and rebranded as Socialtel.

The property features a terrace, common areas, and laundry facilities, with a range of private and shared accommodations. Santa Teresa is known for its consistent surf breaks, bohemian vibe, and vibrant dining scene.
