The wifi is good. The working space is ok, nothing to write home about, with experiences in Madeira and in other digital nomad communities and working spaces, this one falls short. We would not recommend staying in the apartments! Bad experience. It takes 5-7 mins to walk to the beach. We can imagine that Samara 10 years ago was probably much nicer than it is today.

A well equipped and air-conditioned working space. I met a lot of interesting people, enjoyed group teas, and was able to focus quite a bit of attention on my work. The lockers were also nice to use and I left my computer overnight frequently. Highly recommend!

What a great time I had at the Coworking space in Playa Samara, Costa Rica. The space is really nice, the community as well. The beach is really close to the coworking space, they provide surf lessons and a lot of others activities. They have really affordable packages with accomodation included, perfect to focus on my work and chilling time on this beautiful beach !

Fantastic. I needed wifi for my 2 week stay in Samara and the AirBnB was a bit slow. Apparently internet and power go out in Costa Rica intermittently and that’s par for the course. Locoworking is incredibly fast wifi and they have multiple internet providers and a battery backup so if the power goes out it doesn’t affect you. Quiet space, private rooms available, coffee, and the owner is fantastic. Highly recommend if you want to get some work done.

Worked out of here Monday-Friday for 7 weeks while in Costa Rica, so I know this place VERY well. The internet is very fast and never had any problems. I am on the phone all day (Verizon) and email for work and I cannot afford to not have phone and internet access. I never once had a problem. They have four Wi-fi’s and a back-up generator. The vibe of the place is awesome. I love the laid back feel and the other people using the space are very easy going and friendly. I met a lot of fellow travelers. Although most are young– in their 20’s, there was some older folks like me (I’m 53). Regardless of age everyone was so nice and it was great and getting to know so many people of all ages and places around the world. The owner Stephanie was incredible. she does a great job running this place and is easy going herself. It’s only a short few blocks from the beach and has a great bakery named Roots downstairs so you can grab a meal. . If you need a co-working space, you found it.
