After Selina’s insolvency in 2024, the property was acquired by Collective Hospitality and rebranded as Socialtel, repositioned as a surf-focused boutique hotel.

The property features a swimming pool, restaurant and bar with live music and DJ sets on weekends, and common areas. Located between Playa Langosta and Playa Grande, it offers daily activities including morning yoga, salsa lessons, and surfing classes.
